Class Times

Exercise helps return your body to its pre-prenancy shape.

Join us up to3 times a week for postnatal fitness designed specifically to get you back in shape safely and effectively.

Our one hour sessions cover:

  • Aerobics classes
  • Strength training
  • Walk/jogging — at the beach if weather permits!
  • Fun drills
  • A chance to meet other moms
  • Camaraderie.

All fitness levels welcome. And of course, your baby comes too!

Classes presented by Susi Kerr, BA, ACE Certified Professional Trainer at her studio, 3668 West Broadway, in Vancouver.

Inside? Outside?

postnatal_smallFirst class of the day: Outside (weather permitting) (eg. Monday 1pm; Wednesday 1pm; Friday 1pm) and the second class of the day is always inside.

Please do NOT bring sick toddlers to class, as many of the infants who also come to class haven’t had their first immunizations. We want everyone to be healthy and happy!

Just show up! No preregistration required,   $330 for  22 classes. Visa, MasterCard, Cheques or cash please.
